The Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities will be celebrating Older Americans Month on Thursday, May 23rd from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM ET.
This free event for adults (age 55 and up) will include a mental health awareness training, food, a pickleball tutorial, live music, tai-chi, and a speed-friending activity.
